With three matches to go in the regular season before the playoffs, the Philadelphia Union travel back to the friendly confines of Audi Field on Saturday evening looking to keep a top of the MLS Supporter’s Shield standings as they take on D.C. United on Saturday evening.
If you are going, here are a few spots to check out if you are heading down. We will be there, so if you see us around, please say hello.
Two quick notes:
- There is a Washington Nationals game that day so parking will be upped and limited so please see below about our parking spot and also just plan to arrive earlier than normal or plan ahead.
- Since DC is close, this is a short away day post. Most people are traveling to just the game, so keep that in mind. Again, as always if you have places to suggest, please comment.

Parking tip
Audi Field does not have its own parking, so your best bet is to use the Spot Hero app and find parking nearby. There is parking close to the Nationals stadium, but it is pricey. You can find parking garages that require a little bit of a walk, but very doable and are far cheaper. We have one that we use when we go near the Safeway- you can find it on Spot Hero. They also have lots of shared bikes and electric scooters you can rent if you want to get there more quickly.
That’s all for today’s travel tips. Wishing everyone who is traveling a safe trip and memories that last a lifetime.
