With Philadelphia wrapping up the Supporters’ Shield two weeks ago, the club now turns its focus to the final match of the MLS regular season on Saturday as the Union head to Charlotte, North Carolina, looking to build momentum heading into the playoffs.

If you’re making the trip down south for MLS Decision Day — and possibly the Union’s first-ever win in Charlotte — here are some great places to visit while you’re in town.

Places to Visit

Carowinds
Located in South Charlotte, Carowinds has been delivering fun for people of all ages for more than 45 years. Grab a friend and scream out loud on one of its 14 world-class roller coasters, take in a live show, or share a delicious funnel cake (and give away the last bite). Don’t miss Carolina Harbor, the park’s massive water park. This is a bucket-list theme park, so make sure to stop by if you’re in Charlotte.
